The quotation marks around the "Babe" on the sweet spot of this Harwood Official League ball assure that this one dates from the glory days of Murderer's Row, around the time the Bambino clubbed sixty in a season. While not an official ball, the red and blue stitching gives the look of one, and the blue ink still projects as a nice 7/10 from the toned horsehide. The alternate panels show a fair amount of scuffing, and one has a bit of writing in an unknown hand, but this is definitely not another signature, nor does it affect the display. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
