Extremely Rare 19th Century Harwood "Red Stocking" Baseball in Original Box. The red-and-blue-seamed orb shows consistent medium toning/soiling that only minimally detracts from the attractive, all-important "Red Stocking" stamp on the sweet spot. It's a fairly remarkable state of preservation, with the brunt of time's passage having been borne instead by the box, which is PR with missing pieces but still displays nicely on three panels.
